My take
My gosh a mashup of my two favorite weird genres "Oddly Romantic" (check out the List to see the others but basically it means a romcom that's absolutely not a normal romcom) and "single room" (check out the List for that too even though I haven't made it yet, I will by the time you read this, who am I kidding no one is reading these!). A perfect 10. I've laughed really hard in theaters before, sometimes Alejandra elbows me and tells me to quiet down. But I've never laughed this loud for this long and literally every single other person in the theater was also losing it. This movie was relatable, sad, endearing, awkward (so awkward), touching, sexy, not sexy, and just plain original in the best way. It's one I know Alejandra and I will quote and reference for decades to come.
