My take
I feel like it's been a very very long time that I've seen the same movie twice in the theater. I couldn't have been more delighted to see this one with Alejandra. I came in with a completely open mind ready to give it a completely new rating based on today's experience and built on the first plus all of the podcast content I've listened to about it. And although my experience was different, the net effect was still the same score. And like I said last time, the movie's highs were so high, 10/10 Emily Blunt and her boyfriend and the filming and shots and emotion and the anchor lady and the final "listen". And although I did understand the plot a little bit better and caught things I'd missed before, the plot holes and unexplainable behavior by the bad guys didn't make sense, the magic made a little more sense but not a ton, and Josh's character landed so flat. So I'm so glad I watched the movie again and would recommend it to anyone, my score still landed at a 7 = good.
